Interests

What I do beyond client and product work, and what it teaches me.

Fitness

I treat training as a long-term practice. It is discipline in its plainest form: show up, do the work, learn what the body responds to, adjust, and repeat. It also sets the baseline for everything else, from attention to patience with long projects.

I do not publish health data or training numbers.

Fitness notes

Travel

I travel for exposure: to see how other places work, and how people there live, build, trade, and organise themselves. What stays with me is usually about people and communities rather than sights.

No trip notes are published yet. They will appear here when I write them.

Reading

Most of my thinking starts with something I read. I keep two lists: what I am reading now, and books that changed how I build or decide.

Writing

I write to think, and to leave a record I can check my later self against.

Writing

Ongoing projects

A book

I am writing a book. It is in progress. I will share the subject and the timing when it is ready.

A long-running application

I have been building an application over roughly six to seven years. It is in development and not public yet. Smaller experiments go on Projects and Work.

Business, technology, and society

I follow how businesses create value, how technology changes the people around it, and how institutions shape both.
